About

We manage the long-term presence of the city of Warsaw in Poland across all its social media channels and other activities in China. Our goal is to enhance Warsaw's image, familiarize people with the city, and project a more modern image compared to existing perceptions.

Campaign

We have devised a campaign utilizing 5 professional influencers across various platforms, including Weibo, RED, Douyin, and Mafengwo. Working with influencers, it is crucial to select individuals whose content style and follower type align with your requirements. Additionally, verifying their metrics is essential as many use fake impressions and followers. We carefully evaluated all data to identify influencers who produce high-quality video content, which has better conversion rates than images. The campaign ran for 2 weeks, and all video content created belongs to the destination for future use.

Results

This campaign resulted in over 20 million organic impressions across different channels. The video content was then reposted to our own channels and promoted separately over the following months.
