In the spring of 2014 Shanghai Jungle launched a high quality magazine for Chinese tourists to Denmark: 'Discover Denmark 悠游丹麦'.
The magazine is published 3 times annually and is completely free of charge for Chinese visitors to Denmark and available at the Danish visa centers (and several other places).
Since early 2015 is has been published in official cooperation with Visit Denmark - the official tourism promotion organisation for Denmark.
The Danish magazine is currently serving as the template for a range of similar high quality publications being launched for all our priority markets.
WeChat and printed marketing materials
Our work for Jerusalem covers both online marketing with the implementation of a full and official WeChat solution, social media marketing on major travel sharing sites and also all work related to the development (texts, design and print) of a high quality brochure being used in Jerusalem’s outreach to Chinese travel agencies - something we also handle. In short: A 360º solution for both B2B and B2C purposes.

When Denmark's Royal Palaces decided to boost their marketing towards China in 2015 Shanghai Jungle was selected as the media partner.
Since then we have have helped implement a full Chinese website solution, an official WeChat solution and comprehensive marketing of the main castles - Kronborg and Christiansborg - on Chinese social media. During the Hamlet anniversary year in 2016 Shanghai Jungle also carried out a limited but highly effective online marketing campaign resulting in more than 300,000 views on some of China’s leading social media incl. mafengwo.com and Douban.
Over the past years Eilat Marathon - one of the leading marathons in Israel - has seen growing participation of Chinese runners.
To promote the 2016 marathon outreach to new Chinese participants was boosted by working with popular Chinese KOLs in tourism and marathon to promote the race.
Shanghai Jungle handled all aspects of the marketing in China.
During the last years Prague has quickly become one of Chinese tourists’ preferred city-destinations in Europe. Shanghai Jungle handles all online marketing and WeChat promotion for Prague City Tourism, the city’s official tourism promotion entity.
This includes posting articles and pictures on the major Chinese travel sharing websites (eg. Mafengwo, Baidu Lvyou etc.) and weekly postings on WeChat.
The incredible Italian hunting palace Stupinigi is a good example of our solutions to museums and attractions: Social media presence on websites and blogs for Chinese tourists to Italy help to create initial awareness, which is then supported by a tailor-made Chinese website and a full, individual and official WeChat account with weekly newsletters.
By the way: The palace is an absolute must see for anyone in the vicinity of Turin.
Danish city Nyborg is an almost perfect example of a smaller city punching way above its weight in China: A persistent effort over several years has seen the city attract both Chinese investments and tourists.
We're proud to assist Nyborg in their activitie, which includes implementing and maintaining Nyborg's Chinese website and official WeChat account as well as marketing of the city in the Discover Denmark 悠游丹麦 magazine.

At Shanghai Jungle we have handled all China-related marketing for Visit Aarhus since spring 2015 with particular focus on promoting the city being Cultural Capital of Europe in 2017.

The Chinese learn Hans Christian Andersen’s fairy tales in school - and so perhaps not surprisingly his hometown of Odense and the HC Andersen Museum has become a favored spot for Chinese tourists to Denmark.

Shanghai Jungle has handled all online presence and marketing for the Danish capital since 2013. Specifically the city’s website (tailor-made and slimmed for - and of course hosted in - China), a new WeChat account and also print marketing highlighting the development of the city and its cooperation with Beijing.

When Denmark’s M/S Maritime Museum opened in 2014 it was a landmark event - not least due to its unique location and building. The museum is also popular with Chinese tourists who increasingly combine a trip to famous Kronborg castle with visiting the museum.
Shanghai Jungle has developed and maintains a tailor-made Chinese language website for M/S Maritime Museum and also handles regular social media postings as well as print marketing in Discover Denmark magazine and Chinese-language museum specific flyers.

Arken is Copenhagen’s second largest museum of modern art and an architectural highlight in Copenhagen. Shanghai Jungle has developed and maintains Arken’s Chinese website - as always taking care to exclude content that is not relevant for Chinese users while including other content of particular relevance, such as ‘how to get there’ information etc.

Small Danish Hotels is Denmark’s largest association of independently owned hotels with roughly 90 members. Since 2013 we have handled the organization’s Chinese marketing activities towards both travel agencies, MICE and FITs.
Specifically our services includes developing and maintaining a full Chinese language website, printed marketing materials to travel agencies, participation on travel fairs on behalf of Small Danish Hotels and printed marketing materials also for FITs.

Chinese consumers are the main customer group for amber throughout the Baltic Sea, with the material believed to be not only beautiful but to also contain healing qualities. The world’s leading amber jewelry brand is House of Amber who has been a regular advertiser with Discover Denmark magazine since its launch in 2014.
